RF Bug Detector & Video Detector Strobe

The Near Field Strength Monitor NFSM-2000 is designed to detect, locate and positively identify covert hidden radio transmitters, used in the field of radio surveillance. The Near Field Strength Monitor (NFSM 2000) is able to detect any possible Radio Frequency (RF) transmitting device from the frequency ranges of 1 MHZ to 2.5 GHZ.. Some examples include the common audio transmitter (bug), the hidden wireless camera, and vehicles tracking devices. These covert radio transmitters have a very low output power or radio transmission strength. The NFSM-2000 has the ability to detect these low power transmissions while simultaneously having the capability to receive higher power transmissions such as those used in HAM and CB (citizens band) radio transmitters, ranging from 50milliwatts to 100 watts, without the need for complex adjustments. This makes the NFSM-2000 a versatile tool for counter surveillance sweeps and is a highly useful piece of diagnostic equipment for the seasoned radio or electronics technician. The RF bug detector NFSM-2000 detects and displays not only the signal strength (proximity) of the hidden transmitter, but it actually demodulates (decodes) the signal to the digital display and earpiece at a real-time rate. This allows the user to identify "what" type of signal they are detecting, visually and audibly. This includes AM, FM, FSK, CW, SSB (single side band), Burst (frequency hopping), and Video type modulations. Plus, the unit comes with a remote probe attachment, vital for sweeping those hard to reach areas. The Video Strobe Intensifier VSI-210 is used in conjunction with the NFSM-2000, and is designed to work hand-in-hand as a specific tool for locating and identifying wireless video transmitters. The VSI-210 emits an intense optical light specifically designed to overload hidden RF video cameras, within the target area. By using the NFSM-2000 and it's real-time display, the user can then visually identify the flash rate signature of the VSI-210 to identify the location of the hidden RF video camera. The only valid method of detection of hidden radio transmitters or bugs, is to first identify the radio emission, then locate and remove the problem..Remember, that our equipment is only a tool used to aid a person in the field of counter-surveillance. Only the human being using knowledge, skill, and a methodical approach can find a surveillance device and remove it from operation. . | | Specifications Overview Near Field Strength Monitor - NFSM-2000 RF BUG Detector - Sturdy ABS plastic case: Size 2 3/4" X 4 1/2" X 1"
