Legalities and Warranties of our Company

Terms and Policy It is the buyers responsibility (not MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co.) to make certain that all applicable local, state, and federal laws are obeyed. This is in regard to ownership and use of any product sold by MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co. The buyer also hereby consigns that he/she is a United States Citizen and of legal age, and that the products will not be used in an unlawful manner.  MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co. will not be held liable and/or responsible for: Damage caused by use of the products for purposes other than those for which they were designed. Damage caused by use or misuse of products. Damage to any other peripheral devices/components. Damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications. Damage with any related products, components or parts not sold by MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co. Damage done during shipping.. All products are insured with shipping company for full cost of unit. (U.S.P.S or U.P.S) will be responsible for damage. If your product is damaged, please email us and we'll walk you through the process. The buyer is solely responsible for any loss, damage or expenses related of any kind in the use or misuse of any of the products sold here (by MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co.).

Warranty MES Innovations guarantees that all units have been pre tested for operational defects, and warranties our products for 90 days after initial sale to the customer. MES Innovations will repair or replace units providing that there is no evidence of customer misuse, tampering and/or alteration. In the event of product failure under warranty, contact MES Innovations at the email address specified in the product owners manual along with:                 *1. Purchase Order number: Listed at top of your Bill Of Sale.                  2. Product Serial number: On back of unit.                  3. Your name, address, email and phone number.                  4. Date of Purchase. Listed at top of your Bill Of Sale.                  5. Warranty repair confirmation number*. Shipping under Warranty Repair: Write to our email address about your concern over product, we will then send you a return email with a confirmation warranty repair number, *see above. (we will not repair/replace units without this number). When returning a product under warranty repair, ship (U.S.P.S. or U.P.S prepaid and insured for your protection).  MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co. unfortunately cannot refund shipping costs. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for repair/replacement and return of product.

Terms of Sale All sales are FINAL. Products ordered through MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co. are not subject to cancellations. Because of the nature of the product line, units could be used to complete a task and then returned. For this sole reason, products sold by MES Innovations may not be returned.. Again ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any orders refused by receiving party will be charged a 30% restocking fee. All products ordered through MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co. website will be processed within a 24 hour period. Generally, products are shipped priority and will be received within 3 to 6 business days of the initial sale. In the event that the customers product is not received in such time, MES Innovations guarantees that the product will be received no later than 4 to 6 weeks from the order date. No orders will be processed via Telephone.. Email us your interests and we will promptly reply. If you are interested in purchasing one of our products, we'll email you an order form as an attachment. Print out this form, and Return in U.S. mail with a Check or Money order. We do accept Credit Cards online only. Please see our Pricing, Ordering and Shipping page. Please allow 7 to 10 working days for processing of personal checks. All Bad Checks will be charged a $40.00 fee. MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co. will NOT tolerate Bad Checks and will NOT SHIP until all checks have been processed! MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co. has the right to decline or limit sales to any party for any reason. Due to the nature of our product line, we reserve the right to backround check any customers before final delivery of product. If MESINNOVATIONS.com / MES Innovations Co. believes that an individual or company is purchasing our products for criminal or illegal activity, exportation or reverse engineering etc., the sale will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the individual or company minus a 5% processing surcharge for total cost of that item.. We also will not accept unauthorized checks or money orders WITHOUT proper email order form. All Payments must be received before process of order.
